ℹ️ Important: Deals Plan Solution provides an independent telephone advisory service. We do not charge a fee for accessing our general helpline. Callers are charged at standard UK landline rates by their own telephone or mobile provider — Deals Plan Solution does not receive these call charges.
1. Scope of this policy
This Refund Policy applies to any paid consultancy services, written reports, or other chargeable materials provided by Deals Plan Solution. It does not apply to standard telephone call charges, which are billed by your own telephone provider.
2. Telephone advisory calls
Calls to 0203 909 0014 and 0203 962 7972 are charged at standard UK landline rates by your telephone or mobile network provider. Deals Plan Solution does not directly charge for or receive payment from telephone calls to these numbers.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged for a call, please contact your own telephone or mobile network provider directly. We are unable to issue refunds for call charges as we do not collect them.
3. Paid consultancy services
If you have paid Deals Plan Solution directly for a specific consultancy service, written report, or premium advisory session and are not satisfied with the service received, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the service or report.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund for a paid service:
- Email your request to: info@dealsplanslotution.online
- Include your full name, contact details, date of service, and a description of your complaint or reason for the request
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- We will investigate and respond with a decision within 7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the decision, via the original payment method
5. Refund eligibility
A refund may be granted where:
- The service was not delivered as described or agreed
- The information provided was materially incorrect in a way that caused you demonstrable harm
- The service was not delivered within any agreed timeframe
Refunds will not ordinarily be granted where:
- The service was fully delivered and you have acted upon the guidance given
- The dissatisfaction relates to the outcome of your own decision following our advisory guidance
- The request is made more than 14 days after receiving the service
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights not described here.
